  1. What is the difference between Session 1 and Session 2?
    1. The content isn’t different between the two sessions. Session 1 doesn’t have as many teams and is a little more relaxed. Both sessions have an AWESOME staff that is committed to your growth!

 

  1. Can I pay my registration online or over the phone?
    1. As of right now we do not have the ability to accept payments online or over the phone. Please make checks payable to J.B. Caldwell.

 

  1. Do I need to make my own hotel reservation? How much is the hotel?
    1. Yes, campers are responsible for their own rooms. The Holiday Inn Express off of International Speedway is the host hotel for camp.
    2. You can choose any hotel you wish but the Holiday Inn is giving our camp a room rate of about $70 per night. Their phone number is 386-258-6333. Make sure you mention you are with the JB Caldwell Officiating program or give them the group book code: (EOD). Use the following link with the group book code already included Holiday Inn Express Just change the dates to apply for you.

 

  1. What time is check-in?
    1. Don’t worry we’ll let you know before
    2. Typically, Session 1 is from 10:00am – 11:30am in the ICI Center Lobby
    3. Typically, Session 2 is from 9:00am – 10:30am in the ICI Center Lobby

 

  1. What is the itinerary?
    1. An itinerary will be given to you at camp but a normal day will have will begin with class room session around 8am, that will include discussion topics such as game management, conflict resolution, tape breakdown, etc. Assignments will also be given out. Games start around 10am and end around 9pm. Hospitality will start soon after at the Holiday Inn.

 

  1. What if I’m going to be late on the first day and can’t make the registration?
    1. Just make a note on your registration form, inform Camille at Camille.Jackson@erau.edu or 386-226-6431.

 

  1. Can you help me if I need a roommate during camp?
    1. Most people don’t come down with a roommate and are searching for one just like you. An email will go out before camp and if you still need a roommate we can make an announcement during the opening session.
